| Show Labor Camp Site Is Unchanged Two Cache county farmers visiting vis-iting the county commission Wednesday Wed-nesday to protest against a request re-quest that the county's mobile farm labor camp should be located locat-ed at some other place than Amalga were assured by commissioners commis-sioners that there is no intention of changing the site selected. Leslie Peterson and Cyril Munk visited commissioners to inquire about a protest made last week by Cache Valley Dairy association leaders that the Amalga site was considered too clo.se to the association's cheese factory. Mr. Peterson and Mr. Munk declared that farmers are anxious to get the camp established and generally are agreed that the Amalga site is a good one. They said they could see no threat to the cheese plant from the labor camp. Commissioners pointed out that the land and water facilities have been leased and that plans are going ahead to locate the camp ! at Amalga as was planned orig- 1 jnally. |
