Show State Expenses Show Drop During October Disbursements of the Utah state,, treasury were slightly lower in November than in the same month last year, while receipts were h.'gher. according to a report issued is-sued Saturday by State Treasurer Oliver G. Ellis. November expenditures were $2,072,948.16, compared with $2,-. 158,219.07 in November, 1940, and receipts were $2,524,696.38, as against $2,429,054.23. These figures include federal funds allocated for roads and relief. The balance in the treasury at the close of business on Saturday was $7,431,780.56, while at the same time last year it was $5,308,-832.80. $5,308,-832.80. November disbursements from the various funds were as follows with last year's comparative figures fig-ures in parentheses: General fund, $644,335.40 C$706,781.73); state road, $481,975.91 ($609,639.47) ; emergency relief, $756,876.46 ($659-903.66); ($659-903.66); district school fund, none ($92,757.24). Liquor profits in November were $141,456.38, compared with $106,-073.28 $106,-073.28 a year ago, and receipts from the federal government for roads and relief were $627,776.40, as against $471,048.99.
