Show Sam'l N. Hunt j Services Held Funeral services lor Samuel N. I Hunt, 28, of Smithfield who was accidentally electrocuted Thurs- J day at 4:15 p. m. while working as bank man on the open pit in level Utah Copper Co. at Brig-ham Brig-ham were held in the Smithfield Second ward tabernacle at 2:30 p. m. with burial in the Logan j cemetery, under the direction of W. Loyal Hall Mortuary. Bishop W. A. Hansen presiding. Singing Sing-ing by choir, directed by Marion Richardson with Ha Richardson at the organ. Prayer Supt. J. W. Kirkbride; singing "Through Deepning Trails'' Remarks toy Dr. G. L. Rees, solo, "Lay my Head Beneath a Rose" Regena Smith. Remarks Bis. Sylvester. Low Orogan solo Floyd Miles, remarks, re-marks, Victor Peterson of Logan; Duet, "In the Garden" by Marion Richardson and Leon Chambers; remarks Bishop W. A. Hansen. Singing "O My Father. Prayer, Bis. Richard Roskelley, Bertha's boys sang at the grave side, ''End of a Perfect Day." Reed Haiveston dedicated the grave. Flowers were under direction of the Smithfield Second ward Relief society. Mr. Hunt was born in Smith-field Smith-field July 28, 1912, a son of Samuel Sam-uel and Martha Payne Hunt, and had lived in Smithfield until last January, when he went to Bingham Bing-ham to work. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lilly Skiby Hunt, whom he married mar-ried in Logan temple on June 23 1936; two children, Ellis and Larry Lar-ry Eugene Hunt; his mother, Mrs. Martha Payne Hunt, all of Smith-field; Smith-field; and the following sisters: Mrs. Bertie Downs, Mrs. Diana Anderson, Mrs. Lillie Mae Bowman, Bow-man, all of Smithfield; Mrs. Marie Boran of Rigby, Idaho, and Mrs. Esther Meacham of Ogden. |
