Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Cache County, State of Utah, throughout through-out the entire year unless otherwise other-wise des-ignated, all locations being be-ing from SLB&M: 15718 Baugh Brothers, Kenneth V. Baugh, Logan, Utah; 0.5 sec. ft. for irrigation purposes from a four inch well 170 ft. deep at a point S. 240 ft. and W. 2640. ft. from EU Cor., Sec. 5, T. 11 N., R. 1 E., and used from April 1 to November 1 to irrigate 20 acres of land embraced within. Sec. 5, T. 11 N., R1E. and for year-round incidental domestic and stock watering purposes. 15731 Lewis Rigby and Hazen M. Spackman, Lewiston, Utah; 4 sec. ft. from a drain tributary to Bear River at a point N. 1747 ft. and W. 2024 ft. from EU Cor., Sec. 25, T. 14 N., R. 1 W. . The water will be collected in an equalizing reservoir having a capacity of 7 ac. ft. and delivered intermittently by means of ditch and pump and used from May 1st to October 20th to irrigate 350 acres of land embraced within Sec. 25, T. 14 N., R. 1 W. The center of the equalizing dam, which will be 13.5 feet high, will be situated at a point No. 649 ft. and W. 2457 ft. from E'i Cor., Sec. 25, T. 14 N., R. 1 W. 15733 W. L. Alvey, RFD Smith-field, Smith-field, Utah; 7.5 sec. ft. from May 1 to October 20, for irrigation and. for year-round stock watering purposes from seven points of diversion and in amounts as follows: fol-lows: Drain No. 1 N. 1467.5 ft. and E. 324 ft. .875 sec. ft.; Drain No. 2 N. 1500 ft. and W. 320 ft. 875 sec. ft.; Drain No. 3 N. 1216 ft. and W. 1022 ft. 1 sec. ft.; Drain No. 4 N. 726 ft. and W. 1132 ft. 1.25 sec. ft.; (5) An unnamed spring N. 1457 ft. and E. 729 ft. 1 sec. ft. (6) Unnamed channel No. 1 N. 2643 ft. and E. 550 ft 1.5 sec. ft. (7) Unnamed channel No. 2 N. 2643 ft. 1.0 sec. ft.; all from SE Cor. Sec. 9. T. 13 N., R. 1 E., the water will be diverted, commingled comming-led and conveyed in ditches and in 6 in., 8 in. and 16 in. pipe lines and equalizing reservoir a distance of 3000 ft. where it will be used to irrigate 440 acres of land embraced within Sec. 9, T. 13 N., R. 1 E. The center of the impounding dam, which is 6 ft. high, is located at a point N. 1268 ft. and W. 2055 ft. from SE Cor., Sec. 9, T. 13 N., R. 1 E. The reservoir will impound 12 ac. ft. of water and inundate 4 acres of land embraced within the W SEVi said Sec. 9. .011 sec. ft. of water will be diverted from the unnamed spring and used for year-round stock watering pur poses. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, En-gineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, 1, Utah, with a fee of $1.00, on or before July 9, 1944. i.
