Appointments are being made at the Washington D.C. Navy Yard, Naval Torpedo Station in Alexandria, Va., and at various contractor plants in the field. The need of the Navy Department for Junior Inspectors ($1,620 a year) is particularly pressing. The requirements for this grade have been modified so that the successful completion of an appropriate approved National Defense Training course will be accepted as meeting the full requirements. re-quirements.
