College Cow Makes High Record A Holstein in the Utah State Agriculutral .college herd has made the highest Advanced Registry record that has ever been recorded record-ed for registered Holsteins on three milkings daily in Utah, it has been announced by the college col-lege after receiving notice from the Holstein-Friesian Association of America at Brattleboro, Vermont. The cow, Willodale Inka Triune, produced 21,451.9 pounds of milk, 749.2 pounds of butterfat in 365 days. . She was 4 years and 6 months of age at the beginning, of the test. The new record-holder was bred by Brown Brothers of Ovid, Idaho, and brought to USAC when she was milking with her first calf. Not only is she a good producer but has won several ribbons at the Utah State Fair and the Richmond Rich-mond Black and White show. |
