Show Scouters to Hold Meet February 4 Committees to arrange the annual an-nual meeting of the Cache Valley Boy Scout Council on February 4, were announced Sunday by Executive Ex-ecutive Preston W. Fond. H. B. Hunsaker, professor of physical education at Utah State Agricultural college, was named general chairman of arrangements and he announced the meeting probably will be shifted from Logan Lo-gan high school to the Logan Fifth ward chapel. Dr. E. Allen Bateman, superintendent superin-tendent of Logan city schools, was named chairman of the program committee, with Henry R. Hurren and David G. Thomas of Smith-field, Smith-field, assistants. Other committee chairmen are: reception, J. R. Thompson; arrangements, ar-rangements, Ona A. Harrison; attendance, at-tendance, David A. Burgoyne and publicity, Rex M. Ingcrsoll. They will announce committee members later. Features of the annual meet will be a report of the nominating nominat-ing committee for council president, presi-dent, vice presidents, three national nation-al committeemen, treasurer and executive board members. Selection by the comittee is tantamount to election. Two Silver Beaver awards will be presented to outstanding scouters scout-ers in the council and one scout-niR.sier scout-niR.sier key will be awarded, Mr. Pond reported. Dr. G. L. Rees of Smithfield is chairman of the Silver Sil-ver Beaver selection committee.
