Attorney Leon Fonnesbeck and John Andrews requested the commission com-mission to reconsider their action in revoking the beer license of Mrs. A! . ; Anf;rws who has been ' operating a tavern on the Logan -i Hyrum road south of Logan. Com- missioners . stood firm on their previous decision. The two establishments were attacked, at-tacked, along with one which has since been granted a license, by a committee of prominent church officials who recently petixioned for an earlier closing law on beer 6ales establishments in the county. coun-ty. "No action has been taken on the closing hour petition," reported report-ed Clerk N. J. Crookston.
