Some time ago 4here appeared in a local paper an item to the effect that if a woman saw a paragraph cut from a newspaper in her house she would not rest until she procured another paper to see what had been cut out. A young married man, egged on by his brother, cut out the paragraph referred to, and be had the satisfaction of seeing his wife hustle for another copy of the same edition. edi-tion. That is woman's curiosity. If any man cuts out this paragraph and gives his wife the paper she will certainly go to the nearest news stand and buy another an-other copy to see what the scissors have done. Chicago Herald. |
