OCR Text	Show Thanksgiving Proclamation. Governor Thomas Saturday issued the following: Territory of Utah, executive office: In accordance with the proclamation of the president, and in recognition of a custom which distinctively characterized character-ized American life, I respectfully recommend re-commend that Thursday, Nov. 24, 1S92, be observed as a day of thanksgiving and praise to the divine ruler for the peace, happiness and prosperity we have enjoyed during the present year. ' t In testimony whereof I have herewith set my band and caused the great seal of the territory to bo affixed. Done at Salt Lake city, this 10th day of November, A. D. 1S92. Arthur L. Thomas, Seal Governor. By the Governor, Elijah Sells, Secretary of the Territory.
