And since molasses is a popular spread for waffles and pancakes from Maine to California it will undoubtedly prove equally popular in puddings. This molasses pudding recipe makes eight servings. Ingredients: Four cups milk; one-third cup yellow cornmeal; one-half teaspoon cinnamon; one-fourth teaspoon tea-spoon nutmeg; two tablespoons butter. Directions: Heat three cups of milk in a double boiler. Mix the remainiirg ingredients together and add to the milk. Cook in the top of the double boiler until the mixture mix-ture thickens, stirring only occosionally. ' Pour into a. casserole and add remaining cold milk without stirring. Bake two and one-half hours in slow oven (300 degrees F.). Serve warm with cream. t RED fssm Milford News-Only 17c a Month I The World's News Seen Through I The Christian Science Monitor f I An International Daily Newspaper a I it TruthfulConstructive Unbiased Free from Sensational- 8 v ism Editorial Are Timely and Instructive and Iu Daily 3 X Features, Together with the Weekly Magazine Section, Make 5? 0, th Monitor an Ideal Newspaper for the Home. g a The Christian Science Publishing Society v , p One, Norway Street, Boston, Massachusetts S I Price ?12.00 Yearly, or J1.00 a Month. 0 J, Saturday Issue, including Magazine Section, ?2.60 a Year. g V Introductory Offer, 6 Issues 25 Cents.
