Kessler of Milford, Utah, Y made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended am-ended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate Forty (40) Acre-feet of water from Rock Corral Creek in Beaver County. Said wnie.-wlll wnie.-wlll be stored from November 1 of each year to June 1 of the year following, fol-lowing, in a reservoir formed by building a dam across the natural ohannel of the stream, which will inundate land situated in the SE 1 NW 1-4.
