Sci-ences. "We haye far more applications applica-tions for graduates of our school of geology than can be filled in spite of the fact that the country is flooded with geologists." Many of the graduates have attained attain-ed positions as chief geologists of oil companies, one is the State geologist of Montana. The department now has offers for six men to work for the oil companies of California and standing offers from a number of large companies com-panies to employ any men that the department may recomemnd. Last year the department had an enrollment of 629 resident students, and 21 extension students with a total to-tal enrollment for the biennium of 1133 students of the preceeding biennium. bi-ennium.
