Show NOTICE OF PRIVATE SALE In the District Court of Beaver, Co-, Utah. In the Matter of the Estate of Amelia Frederickson, deceased. The undersigned will sell at prt vate sals the following described realty towit: An undivided one half interest in and to the following: Beginning at a stake situated on the southeast corner of the northeast north-east quarter of Section 19, in Township Town-ship 28 South, Range 10 West Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence west 160 rods; thence north 80 rods; thence east 80 rods; thence north 80 rods; thence east 80 rods; thence south 160 rods to the place of beginning; be-ginning; and containing 120 acres of Land in said Township 28 South Range 10 West, Salt Lake Meridian, and being the east half (E 1-2) of " the northeast quarter (NE 1-4) and the southwest quarter (SW 1-4) of the northeast quarter (NE 1-4) of Section 19, Township 28 South, R. 10 west of the Salt Lake Meridian; The sale will be made on or after the 9th day of January, 1924, and written bids will be received at the office of the undersigned, administra tor of the above entitled estate, in the Town of Milford Beaver County Utah; The terms of sale will be cash; or on credit to be paid in installments reserving title in and to said property proper-ty until all payments have been made or by accepting proper first mortgages mort-gages on saia property to serwee tne payments therefor.
