Be it enacted by the Legislature tt the State of Utah, two-thirds tt the members elected to each of the two houaes concurring therein: Section L It is propoaed to aaieatd Section 9, Article VI, of the conaUta-tlon conaUta-tlon of the State of Utah aa that fee same will read as follows : Sec. 9. The members af the legislature legis-lature shall receive such per diea aad mileage aa the legislature may provide, pro-vide, not exceeding eight dollars per day, and ten cents per mile for the distance necessarily traveled going to and returning from the place of meeting meet-ing on the mast usual route, aad they shall receive no other pay or perquisite. per-quisite.
