It has often been said that the cost of addressing an envelope is greater than the cost of the envelope itself. There is no question regard ing the truth of this statement. But a far greater factor in bringing bring-ing the window envelope into more universal use everyday is the envel-ope envel-ope assurance that the proper hill, Invoice, In-voice, check, or letter when mailed in the window envelope, goes to the proper person. You may have had it happen in your own business that some sort of correspondence has been put into the wrong envelope or into an improperly im-properly addressed envelope. Such envelopes must bear the return card of the sender, which shall be placed in the upper left hand corner of address ad-dress side. The return card of the sender must show not only his name but also a street address with the name of the post office and state." |
