V Knt" Mr. P 1 u m m e r Chiles Plummer served as captain of artillery in the One Hundred Sixteenth ammunition train, composed of two battalions of the old Third Wyoming Infantry, remaining fifteen months in France, wiiere his organization was a part of the Forty-first division. An organizer of the George Vro-man Vro-man post of the Legion at Casper, Mr. Phrmmer served as its first commander. com-mander. He was active In 'outfitting clubroonis for that post and In Its general development.
