Show ' " SUMMONS ' In The Justice's Court in and for Tenth Precinct, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, Before E. E. Dudley. National Tea Importing Co., a corporation, Plaintiff, vs. James Byers, Defendant. The State of Utah to the Defendant: De-fendant: You are hereby summoned to appear before the above entitled court within ten days after the services of this Summons upon you, if served within the Coun- ty in which this action is brought, otherwise within twenty days after the service and defend the above entitled action brought against you to recover a judgment for the sum of Ninety-seven and 85-100 dollars, and in case of your failure fail-ure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint.
