Show President Guggenheim Visits Bingham S. R. Guggenheim, president of the American Smelting and Refining Company, controller of the Utah Copper and Kennecott properties, and other mining propositions in this country, was a visitor to Bingham on Monday.' He was accompanied to camp by D. C. Jackling, president of the Utah Copper Company: H. B. Houston and Charles Bocking, prominent Butte mining men. On their arrival they were taken to the Utah Copper Company's private railroad car and transported trans-ported thru the workings of that company, after which they were taken to Magna and Garfield. Mr. Guggenheim and his family are just completing a tour of the United States and Canada, and explained his trip was purely pure-ly one of pleasure. |
