Notice is hereby given that Joseph ickenbach, whose post office address 's Monroe, Utah, has made applica-ion applica-ion in accordance with the require-nents require-nents of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 917 as amended by the Session Laws f Utah, 1919 and i925 to appropriate 1 c. f. s. of water from Kohl Spring n Beaver County, Utah. Said water s to be diverted .it the point of is-uance is-uance of the spring which bears N. '5 deg. W. 6412 ft. from the SE cor. of Sec. 13, T. 28 S., R. 12 W., S. L. 1. & M. and conveyed in a pipe line distance of 350 feet, where it will e used during the entire year for the .vatering of 3000 head of sheep and 6 'iead of horses. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10263. All protests against the granting of said application, - stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the. publication of this notice. , GEO.
