Rice (portrait herewith) here-with) Is one of the many Americans who will take part in the Brazilian Centenary exposition. He is secretary and honorary vice president of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers En-gineers and has been appointed to represent American engineering organizations, organ-izations, including the Federated American Engineering societies, at the engineering congress to be held in Itio de Janeiro in connection with the exposition. ex-position.
