As it Is Impossible for the bureau to conduct all the work of this nature which it would be called upon to perform, it has drawn up rules covering cov-ering performance test methods which are to be carried out by the Electrical Testing Laboratories of New York in co-operation with the National Retail Dry Goods association, the latter representing rep-resenting the retailers of radio receiving receiv-ing sets.
