Show FORFEITURE NOTICE To Richard McLaughlin: You are hereby notified that the undersigned company has expended during the year 1920 and the first half of the year 1921. one. hundred dollars in labor and improvements on or for each of the following named lode mining claims situate in the South Star Mining district, Beaver county. State of Utah: that is to say, ; the "South Star claims Nos. 1, 2, 3. 4. and 5. and the Volina Mac and ! Volina Mac Nos. 1 and 2. eight claims clai-ms in all. the respective location cer tificates of which are of record in the Recorder's office in and for said county, in order to hold said claims j under the provisions of section 2324 'of the Revised Statutes of the Unit- ed States. and the amendments ; thereto, concerning annual labor on : mining claims, being the amount required re-quired to hold said claims for the ! period ending December 31st. 1920. and the extension thereof to the 30th day of June. 1921. Said claims are contiguous and form a compact group and said labor la-bor was performed and improvements improve-ments made on the Volina Mac. the Volina Mae No. 2 and the South Star Xos. 2 and 3 for the benefit of the entire group. And if within ninety days after the publication of this notice, you inil or refuse to contribute your proportion of such expenditure as a co-owner, which ymouni.s to two hundred hun-dred .dollars, your interest ill said claims being an undivided one-fourth thereof your said interest in said claims and all of them will become the property of the subscriber, your co-owner, which has made the m-ciuired m-ciuired expenditure, by Hie terms 01 said section.
