Show Les Cline is spending a few days here. J. Braum, owner of the Army Store here, was down from Salt Lake last week. Mr. and Mrs. S. D. Atkin of Salt Lake City, and two daughters, Max-ine Max-ine and Virginia and Stanzas Jr. have been .visiting ther parents, Mr and Mrs. George Atkin for the past week. Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Young of Tooele, Too-ele, were in Milford last week on their return trip from California. M'r. Young is a grandson of. Brigham Young. W. C. Denny and O. C. Snow, two prominent cattle buyers were with us this week. E. W. Clay and B. P Hockman of Burbank were with us this week. John Smith, W. L. Cooper and C. A. Kolp, commercial men of Salt Lake were in Milford this past week. Ralph and' Ray Meyers of Miners-ville Miners-ville were here yesterday. E. C. Parsons of Salt Lake, and Charles Clayten of Denver, are in our city transacting business. P. F. Giles is here from Salt Lake City. Proceeds from single admissions to the Chautauqua amounted to $30.-85. $30.-85. The total amount taken in during dur-ing the Chautauqua was $938.35. Born to Mr. and Mrs. John Myers Sunday, August 7, a boy. |
