Show Situation Point to Brief War Dublin. Dublin's walls Sunday presented a striking exhibit of placards pla-cards addressed to the irregulars and their sympathizers, urging a cessation cessa-tion of the conflict before the amnesty amnes-ty period allowed by the government expires. The pronouncement Cy William Wil-liam T. Cosgrave, president of the Dail cabinet, that the Free State government gov-ernment would put down the revolt at any cost and that there would be no negotiations with Eamon da Valera or the other irregular leaders, dissipated all peace rumors. His statement was indorsed by Vevln O'Higglns as the last word of the united cabinet. |
