Show NOTICE OF COXTEST Department of the Interior, V. S. Land Office. Salt Lake City, Utah November 29, 1920 To Tena McGhie of Milford, Utah, Contestee: You are hereby notified that Bertram Bert-ram H. Hendrickson, who gives Milford, Mil-ford, Utah, as his post office address, did on October 29th, 1920, file in this office his duly corroborated application ap-plication to contest and secure the cancellation of your homestead. En-tiy En-tiy No. 011788, Serial No. 011788, made August 16, 1913, for the W 1-2 1-2 SW 1-4 and W 1-2 NW 1-4. Section Sec-tion 10, Township 29 South, Range 11 West, S. L. Meridian, and as grounds for his contest he alleges that entryman has failed to estabr lish residence on said land, and said entryman has failed to make any improvements im-provements on said land, and that such failure to reside upon and cultivate cul-tivate said land has not been due to service in the Army Navy. Marine Corps or other War organizations of the United States. You are, therefore, further notified not-ified that the said allegations will be taken as confessed, and your said entry will be cancelled without further fur-ther right to be heard, either before this office or on apepal. if you fail to file in this office within twenty days after the FOURTH publication of this notice, as shown below, your answer, under oath, specifically responding re-sponding to theBe allegations of contest, con-test, together with due proof that you have served a copy of your answer ans-wer on the said contestant either in person or by registered mail.
