Show s XOTICE OP COXTEST Department of the Interior, U. S. Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah November 12, 1920 To Charles Ruck of Nada, Utah, Contestee: You aie hereby notified that J. A. Southworth, who gives Frisco, Utah, as his postoffice address, did on October 6, 1920, file in this office his duly corroborated application to contest and secure the cancellation of your homestead Entry No. 018202 Serial No. 01S202, made January ' 17, 1917, for SE 1-4 NW 1-4; lots 3 and 4. E 1-2 SW 1-4, Section 19; E 1-2 NW 1-4, NE 1-4 SW 1-4 Section 30 Township 30 south, Range 13 W, Salt Lake Meridian, and as grounds for his contest he alleges that entryman en-tryman did not maintain residence upon the land more than two months mon-ths at any one time, nor more than three months since the filing on the entry; that entryman has never plow ed or cleared any of the ground on said entry, nor cultivated any of said ground; that failure to so comply com-ply with the laws and requirements has not been due to military service and that entryman has not served in the army, marines or navy. You are therefore further nr fied that the said allegations will be taken as confessed, and your said entry will be cancelled without further fur-ther right to be heard, either before this office or on appeal, if you fail to file in this office within twenty day9 after the FOURTH publication of this notice, as shown below, your answer, under oath, specifically responding re-sponding to these allegations of contest, con-test, together with due proof that you have served a copy of your answer an-swer on the said contestant either In person or by registered mail. You should state in your answer the name of the post office to which you desire future notices to be sent .to you. GOULD B.
