London Bird Boxes. That body of nature lovers, the Sel-borne Sel-borne society, has for the last IS yejxrs provided a haven of refuge for birds in the London (Eng.) district. Nineteen acres of woodland within , walking distance of the west of London Lon-don have been set apart as a sanctuary sanc-tuary where birds can build ; and between be-tween 40 and 50 species are known to have nested there, besides some 30 others who have lived there for a longer or shorter period. Widespread Interest has been aroused in the experiment.
