Show WE HOPE THIS IS SO THERE are increasing signs of; weakness in the Bolsheviki move-! ment in Russia and an increasing sign of the growing strength of the anti-German factions in that part of Europe. It looks hopeful for Russia and the Allies as well just now and as though the people of the great dark country were arousing themselves. them-selves. Much was hoped for from the Bolsheviki, and perhaps the followers fol-lowers in that faction meant well enough, but certainly the leaders fell before the blandishments and money of the wily Huns. They allowed ; peace treaty to be adopted and signe it and gave to Germany all that country coun-try asked for and more, and in turn have given Russia nothing but discord and anarchy and trouble ami famine and pestilence. The people of Russia have grown weary of the conditions and the Allies, ready to offer sympathy when the Bolshevik', entirely failed, are right now behinc the people, with money and men and munitions and food. Asking nothing noth-ing in return except that the Huns be cleared out and the Russians have signified their willingness to placr their affairs in the hands of thetr real friends, and there is promise or a real sunrise In the great land the north.
