Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 1, 1918 Notice is hereby given that C. O. Larson, whose post-office address is Milford, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 190,7, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate two (2) second-feet, of water from Reservoir Canyon, in Beaver County. Said water will be, diverted at a point which bears north 13 degrees 55 minutes east 5090 ft. from the northeast corner of Section 5, Township 29 South, Range 18 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of approximately 5000 ft. and there used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced in the NENW of Sec. 33, and ESW and WSE of Sec. 28, Township 28 South, Range 18 West. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7699. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must re made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a feet of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
