Show UNEVIDA PROPERTY Relative to the proposed activities of the new $7,000,000 incorporation, the Unevida Gold Mining Company, with holdings of 31,020 acres of mineral lands in Utah, Idaho and Nevada, Ne-vada, a recently issued statement from the management gives out the following relative to the 6,880 acres of ground controlled in Beaver county coun-ty inclusive of the Old Sheep .Rock mine: This property adjoins the Beaver placers on the northeast and lies along the western base of the Tushar mountains. It comprises 10 patented and 60 unpatented lode claims. It includes the Sheep Rock mine, upon which about 4,000 feet of development de-velopment work has been done, the ore extracted in the operation more than reimbursing the owners for the cost. Other claims have some development de-velopment but on a less extensive scale. Several wide veins are disclosed in the Sheep Rock property carrying values in gold and silver from a few dollars up to several thousand dollars dol-lars per ton. Gold occurs in the proportion of 3 to 1 of silver. |
