Dobson Sr. and little daughter, daugh-ter, Virginia were here Tuesday morn ing on their way to California to spend Christmas. Mr. and Mrs. Myron Lewis entertained enter-tained at dinner last Sunday evening even-ing for Mr. and Mrs. Scott Tanner, Mrs. Wm. Munford and Mr. and Mrs. L. R. Fournier. John L. Bergman, road-master's clerk, left Wednesday morning for St. George on business with Dan Cupid. Cu-pid. Archie Brooks, Bert Swindlehurst and Gilbert Smith went through Mil-ford Mil-ford Monday night on their way to Xephi. Mr. and Mrs. Hillary left Monday night for California where Mr. Hillary Hil-lary was called by the illness of his mother. Miss Delia Cottrell will leave Saturday Sat-urday for Des Moines, Iowa, where she is going as a delegate from Westminster West-minster college to attend a Y. W. C. A. meeting. Colleges from all parts of the United States will be represented re-presented there and Miss Cottrell and Miss Irma Woodhouse have been chosen to represent Westminster. They are the only delegates from Utah. A. O. Hardy will spend the holidays holi-days with his family in Minersville. Wm. Munford is expected home from Beaver for the holidays. - Mr. and Mrs. Art Ryan and their charming little daughter came to Mil-ford Mil-ford for the Service Star Legion dance. dan-ce. Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Griffiths were down from Frisco Sunday, guests of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Grimshaw. Miss Hazel Meldrum was in Milford Sunday en route to her home in Pro-vo. Delbert Hansen was here from Sa-lina Sa-lina on Monday. Alec Ross was meeting his friends here in Milford. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wallen of the pumping belt, were in town Tuesday on business." L". M. Davidson one day last week, They are on their way to California Cal-ifornia to spend the winter and expect ex-pect to make a longer -stay here,on their return trip in the spring.
