Show jc NOTICE TO WATER USERS f 'state Eiigineers's Office, Salt Lake 1 City, Utah, Mar 25, 1920 wi ' sa Notice is hereby given that Walter unjames of Black Rock. Utah has made application in accordance with the T i requirements of the Compiled laws of Utah. 1917. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919. to appropriate ap-propriate one-hundredth (.01) of a second-foot of water from Upper Pine Spring in Beaver County. Said Spring Sp-ring is in unsurveyed territory and is situate at a point from which a monument mon-ument marked "B. O. Clay" hears S 63 deg. 02 Min. W 19.074 ft. which monument is about thirty miles wrest fit Newhouse in the northwest corner of Beaver County. The water is to be conveyed by meansof a pipe line for a distance of 1160 feet and there used from January 1 to December 31 i inclusive, each year for stock watering water-ing purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 8391. All protests against the granting of said a implication, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
