Show KEEP YOUR GOODS ADVERTISED Constant advertising did it. The big city store and the catalogue" houses are known to all of the citizens of Beaver county. Stop and think it over ! How have these far-away concerns become so well known to all of our people ? Why are the names of these institutions household words with a lot of people who seldom come into your store? The News has a large circulation in Beaver county. The Beaver County News goes regularly reg-ularly into hundreds of our homes. Thousands of copies of farm journals and story papers are read by the people of this county. These papers are filled with the clever, price-quoting, illustrated illus-trated advertisements that entertainingly tell the story of the new, attractive, useful, economical and standard merchandise offered for sale by these big houses, that day by day, week by week, month by month and year in and year out are reaching for the business. They never quit. In season and out, in flush and dull times they keep everlastingly at it. In the summer sum-mer they begin to talk fall and winter goods, in the winter they begin their campaign for spring trade. They do all this and more. They send out letters, circulars, price lists and special offers. They keep pounding away. They describe their merchandise and quote prices. Do they get results? Do they see the seeds they plant, sprouting?, Do they reap a harvest? You know the answer. It is to be seen in the post office, at the depots and at the express office. It behooves the business men of Milford and of Beaver county to keep Iheir goods, their business before the people in their county paper The Beaver County News. 1 ') ....... . i i , i l.i; Jt.'jjjittgjp |
