Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, all locations being from S1L.B&M. 15634 - Wah Wah Mining Company, Com-pany, Milford, Ut., 3 sec. ft. from 4 wells or shafts and tunnels bet. 50 and 300 ft. deep, located as follows: fol-lows: (1) S. 884 ft. and E. 2737.6 ft.; (2) S. 754.3 ft. and E. 2501.6 ft.; (3) N. 359.3 ft. and E. 1941.8 ft.; (4) N. 87.6 tt. and E. 522 ft.; all from SE Cor. Sec. 27, T2SS, R16W. The water will be commingled com-mingled In ponds andor reservoirs reser-voirs and used for mining purposes pur-poses The diverting and carrying carry-ing works will consist of wells or shafts 50 to 300 ft. deep, and tunnels tun-nels from 100 to 3000 ft. in length, and pond, reservoirs, pumping plants and 12,000 ft. of 2", 4", 6" and 8" pipe. The water will be used for mining, milling and Incidental domestic purposes. 1 sec. tt. will be consumed and 2 sec. ft. of water will be returned to the natural channel at a point N. 887.7 ft. and W. 159.8 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 26, T28S, R16W. A maximum of 1 sec. ft. will be diverted di-verted from any one point of diversion di-version and not to exceed 3 sec. ft. from all points of diversion combined. 15636 - E. C. Barton, Beaver, Ut, .5 sec. ft. from a developed spring at a point N. 629 ft. and W. S132.& ft. from E Yt. Cor. Sec. 11, T29S, R9W. The developed water will be conveyed a distance of G99S ft. in a 4", 3" and 2" pipe, and used for mining and milling purposes. .3 sec. ft. will be consumed and .2 sec. ft. will be returned to a natural channel at a point S. 165 ft. and E. 2520.4 rt. from EYi Cor. Sec. 11, T29S, R9W. 15 637 - E. C. Barton, Beaver, L't, 1 sec. ft. for mining purposes from a 12-In. well, 100 ft. deep at a point S. 176.5 ft. and E. 532.7 ft. from E4 Cor. Sec. 11, T29S, R9W. The water will be pumped a distance of 1200 ft. through a 12" to 2" pipe line and used for mining and milling purposes. .9 sec. ft. will be consumed and .1 sec. ft. will be returned to a natural na-tural stream at a point S. 165 ft. and E. 2520.4 ft. from EVi Cor. Sec. 11, T29S, R9W. 15 638 - E. C. Barton, Beaver, Ut, 1 sec. ft. for mining purposes from a 12-in. well, 100 ft. deep at a point S. 88 ft. and E. 730.3 ft. from K Cor. Sec. 11. T29S, R9W. The water will be pumped a distance of 1100 ft. through a 12" to 2" pipe line where it will be used for mining and milling purposes. 0.9 sec. ft. of water will be consumed and 0.1 sec. ft. will be returned to a natural channel chan-nel at a point S. 165 ft. and E. 2520.4 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 11, T29S, R9W. 15639 - E. C. Barton, Beaver, Ut, 1 sec. ft. for mining purposes from a 12-in. well, 100 ft. deep at a point S. 86.7 ft. and E. 951.9 ft. from EM Cor. Sec. 11, T29S, R9W. The water will be pumped a distance of 900 ft. through a 12" to 2" pipe line where it will be used for mining and milling purposes. .9 sec. ft. will be consumed con-sumed and .1 sec. ft. will be returned re-turned to a natural stream at a point S. 165 ft. and E. 2520.4 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 11, T29S, R9W. 15858 - Tintic Standard Mining Company, 1111 Walker Bank Bldg., Salt Lake City, Ut, .088 sec. ft. for mining purposes from a 12-in. well, .500 ft. deep at a point N. 6 60 ft. and E. 449 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 10, T30S, R18W. The water will be pumped a distance of 1500 ft. through a 2-in. pipe line where it will be used for milling purposes. All the waiter not consumed will be returned to a natural stream at a point N. 400 ft. from EVi Cor. Sec. 10, T30S, R18W. : 158 59 - Tintic Standard Mining Company, .11 sec. ft. for mining purposes from a tunnel at a point S. 157 ft. and W. 884 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 10, T30S, R18W. The diverting and carrying works will consist of wooden flume 800 ft. In length, tanks and pump. Any un-consumed un-consumed water will be returned to a natural stream at a point N. 400 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 10, T30S, R18W. 16076 - Ray Bradshaw. Beaver, Bea-ver, Ut, .016 sec. ft. for domestic purposes from a. 5-in. well, 150 ft. deep ait a point 8. 1100 ft. and E. 200 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 22, T28S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, En-gineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, with a fee of $1 on or before January 6, 1945.
