Show U" P OFFERS CASH FOR PARK PIX Amateur photographers, who are expected to hit the vacation trail by thousands this first peacetime year, will collect $4500 in prizes and trophies from the Union Pacific Pa-cific railroad for their summer shutter-clicking. Vincent H. Hunter, manager of the railroad's photographic department, de-partment, said the railroad is sponsoring a photo contest in which that amount of prizes will be given. In addition to the cash prizes, he said, the amateurs and their camera cam-era clubs will be awarded silver trophies, plaques and medallions for outstanding pictures. Black and white and color stills will be judged separately, with a $500 first prize for each, plus second sec-ond and third prizes of $200 and $100 respectively. Movie makers will compete for a S1000 first prize, $500 second prize, $200 third prize. And for every cash prize winner there will be silver trophies.
