They were Karl S. Carlton, Carl-ton, president; Mih.cn H. Pool, vice president and M. McKeon, secratary-treasurei-. An announcement was made of the marriage of Miss Lillian Far-rell Far-rell of Summit to Barnett Fo'ther-ingham. Fo'ther-ingham. The marriage took .place April 1 at Parowan. Mrs. John McKeon. and Mrs. R. F. Quayle had entertained the Ptimos club. Five Hundred was ..the feature of the evening witi prizes going to Mrs. Clinton Myers, Mrs. Drucilla Tanner, Mrs. A.- P. McKeon and Mrs. L. G. Clay. Invited In-vited guests were Mrs. A. Johnson, John-son, Mrs. A. P. McKeon, Mrs. L. G. Clay, Mrs. E. V. Kesler and Mrs. James Keough. The S. C. D. I. club had (been delightfully entertained by Mrs. C. R. Parrish. The afternoon was spent playing Mah Jongg. Those present were Mesdames Farmer, Kinney, Neuhart, Kesler, Grim-shaw, Grim-shaw, Fernley, Markham and Parrish. Par-rish. Mr. and Mrs. Owen Tanner had announced the arrival of a baiby girl, born April 4. The marriage of Mrs. Bessie Stuart of Milford and Ray H. Snider, formerly of Milford, had taken place April 3 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Cottrell. Those attending the wedding supper were Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Cook, Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Cottrell, little Miss Maxine Cook, Fred Cottrell, Reverend Rev-erend B. B. Bess and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Cottrell. Milford was requested by Governor Gover-nor Mabey to raise $350 for the Castle Gate disaster relief. A farewell reception had been given in honor of Mrs. Jennie Lee, who was leaving for Las Vegas to make her home. After partaking of the delicious viands, a short program was rendered as follows: vocal selection, Mrs. Quayle; toast, Mrs. Frances Hollis; present, Mrs. Julian Smithson; future, Mrs. Anne Grimshaw, and instrumental -music, Mrs. Edith Harris.
