Show New Lion Officers ! Are Nominated La Mar'Outzen heads the list of i new officers of the Milford Lions club, as placed in nomination last j Wednesday at the regular lunch-1 eon meeting by a nominating committee com-mittee composed of Lions George Jefferson, L. A. Wynaught and M. H. Pool. The formal election will take place at the next meeting ajid; the new officers will assume office July 1. Also on the list is the name of J. C Root as first vice-president; vice-president; R. C. Palmer, second vice-president; Dr. R. R. Shannon, third vice-president; David S. Williams, Wil-liams, secretary-treasurer; I- Alt-man, Alt-man, lion tamer; D. E. Stapley, tail-twister; M. H. Pool, assistant tai-twister; L. A- Wynaught and O. C. Koch, directors for term expiring ex-piring July 1, 1937. The secretary was authorized to order 500 copies of the June 9 scenic edition of the Salt Lake Tribune, Tri-bune, the lot to be split with the Beaver Chamber of Cummcrrc and the entire number used in publicizing the state, i W. A. Firmage, secretary of the Siieaver Chamber of Commerce, and his son, C. L- Firmage, manager of the local theatre, were present as guests. |
