Show Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Vance and children visited with relatives ofj Mrs. Vance in Elsinore over the week-end. I ! Miss Cerola Heslington arrived home Tuesday for a visit of a few days. Miss Cerola is attending a business college in the city. Mrs. Nels Schow and daughter, Mrs. J. H. Weston, went to Las ! Vegas last Friday. Mrs. Weston I returned home Sunday while her ! mother remained there for a long-; long-; er visit with another daughter. i Mrs. Floyd Bentz of Ogden is here for a visit of a- few weeks . with her mother, Mrs. Selma Carl-' Carl-' son, who is convalescing from an : operation at the local hospital'. ' Mrs. Bentz will be remembered as , Helen Carlson. Mrs. Lee Gray has been spending spend-ing part of the week in Cedar City, making arrangements to relocate there when the present school year ends, Mr. Gray having bid in a job on the Cedar branch line of the Union Pacific, a position posi-tion he formerly held. Mr. and Mrs. Lee L. Pitchforth, whose home is in Oakland, California, Cali-fornia, is visiting here for a few weeks at the home of Mr. and Mrs. H. V. Carlson. Mr. Pitch-forth Pitch-forth is a brother of Mrs. Carlson, who has been taking care of their, two children while the Pitchforths have been taking an extended vacation trip. Mrs. Myron Lewis was hostess to her bridge club Wednesday evening with Mrs. George Moore receiving the high poirs prize, Mrs. I. Altman' the high honors prize and Mrs. J. H. Weston the consolation prize. Others present were Mrs. IGene Kirk, Mrs. E. L. Smith, Mrs. Sam Cline and Mrs. David S. Williams. Mrs. J. E. Wilson was hostess Saturday afternoon to her bridge club and two guests. Those present pre-sent were Mrs. C. W. Cates, Mrs. Rudolph Nielsen, Mrs. Sam Cline, Mrs. Loren Bishop, Mrs. J. M. Williams, Mrs. D. S. Williams and Mrs. Earl Stonehocker. Mrs. Bishop, Mrs. Stonehocker and Mrs. Cates were the prizewinners. Mr3. K. B. Coon entertained her bridge club Tuesday night with Mrs. Lloyd Kohler, Mrs. George Jefferson and Mrs. Thomas Ger-rard Ger-rard winning the first, second and third high score prizes. Others present were Mrs. Harold Cline, Mrs. Vic Carlson and Mrs. William Wil-liam Broyles. Mrs. Earl Stonehocker entertained enter-tained at an Easter party last Friday in honor of the third birthday of her son Earl. The little tots enjoyed the afternoon with games and refreshments. Those present were Janice and Beverly Stonehocker, Ruth Cline, Beverly Voorhees, Arlene Whit-beck, Whit-beck, Joan Hatch, Warren Cum-mings, Cum-mings, Gary Bingham, Raeldon Baudino and Boyd White. Mrs. Floyd Kotter and Mrs. De-Armond De-Armond Rasmussen entertained at the Kotter home Thursday night at a shower in honor of Mrs. Martin Corn. Beano was played during the evening. The following guests were present: Mrs. Frank White, Mrs. Merrill Edwards, Mrs. Tom Campbell, Mrs. Tannis Strofeld, Mrs. Lloyd Lee, Mrs. Ray Mills, Mrs. Earl Stonehocker, Mrs. R. B.
