BIRCHARD, his wife, if living, and their unknown heirs at law, if deceased: and all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate or interest inter-est in or lien upon the real property prop-erty described in the complaint adverse to the plaintiffs owner-sli owner-sli p, or clouding the plaintiffs title thereto, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned t3 appear within twenty days affer the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise other-wise within thirty days after service, serv-ice, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered ren-dered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which , has been filed with the Clerk 0i said Court, j This action is brought to recover a judgment quieting the plaintiff's title to the patented lode mining claims and premises situated in Star and North Star Mining Districts Dis-tricts of Beaver County, Utah, and more particularly described as follows, fol-lows, to-wit: Silver Bow; Silver Bug; Lenora No. 1; October; Blue Jay; Melissa; Me-lissa; Molissa No. 1; Molissa No. 2; Cotton Tail; Cotton Tail No. 1; and Cotton Tail No. 2; and all of said patented lode mining claims being Survey No. 5666 excepting therefrom that portion of said claims which has heretofore hereto-fore been deeded by Cedar Extension Ex-tension Mining Company to Leonora Mining and Milling Company, a corporation, under date of May 11th, 1911, and which deed has been recorded on July 15th, 1911, as Instrument No. 18899, in Book "V" of Deeds, at pages 493-4 thereof, In the office of the County Recorder of Beaver Beav-er County Utah.
