Show "south milford McRoy Smith is on a business trip to Los Angeles, California. Mrs. Zella Limb and daughters visited a few days in Pioche. ! Little Frank Lewis has been quite ill, having been threatened with pneumonia. Mrs. Leonard Bowen's father ' and mother, Mr. and Mrs. N. L. i Watts of Kanosh, spent Thanksgiving Thanks-giving with her. They were in an auto accident en route here and both were badly shaken up. The car was almost totally wrecked in the accident. ! Don Elmer was home from Cedar City for the Thanksgiving holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan McKnight spent a couple of days in Salt Lake City. They were accompanied accom-panied home for the Thanksgiving holidays by their son Jess, who is attending school at the B.fY. U. in Provo. Lee Baker went to Portland, Oregon last week. Mrs. J. Bunting, with her son Reid and daughter Barbara, also Miss Nadine Daun and Ray Baker; visitors at the W. J. Baker home 1 of Bakersfield, California, were Friday night. They left Saturday morning for California. j . i i The older club of 4-H girls gave their achievement exercises Satur- , day at the home of their leader, Mrs. Helen Gillins. A very enjoyable enjoy-able time was had by all. Our county agent, Mr. Steffen, was in attendance and the girls were presented pre-sented their second year 4-H pins by Mrs. Gillins. After the program games were played and a delicious lunch was served. |
