Show NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR MINERAL PATENT Serial No. 062424 UNITED STATES LAND OFFICE OF-FICE at Salt Lake City, Utah, April 26, 1938. Notice is hereby given that Cora S. Ferguson and Hannah L. Snvder, by their authorized agent and attorney-in-fact, Vernon Snyder, Sny-der, whose post office address is 419 Judge Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, have made application for a United States Patent for the Silver Hill, Maud S., Copper Hill Capper Hill No. 1, Copper Bill No. 2 and Silver Standard No. 1 lode claims, situate in the Sltaf Mining District, Beaver : County-Utah, County-Utah, each claim approximately 1500 feet in length on each or said lodes and surface ground, 600 feet wide, except as excluded, being be-ing Survey No. 7169, and described describ-ed in the field notes and plat ot the official survey on file in-this office with magnetic variations of 16 deg. 5 min. W 676.2 feet distant; thence S 84 deg. 36 min E 1932.3 feet to Cor. No. 2, Copper Hill lode; thence N 16 deg. 13 min. W .. 1500.6 feet to Cor. No. 3, Cop-' per Hill lode; thence S 84 deg.' 36 min. E 527.5 feet to Cor. No. 4, Copper Hill No. 2 lode; thence N 18 deg. 00 min. E 614.8 feet to Cor. No. 3, said Copper Hill No. 2 lode; thence N 84 deg. 36 min. W 1493.3 feet to Cor. No. 2, Copper Cop-per Hill No. 2 lode; thence N 18 deg. 00 min. E 885.2 feet to Cor. No. 2, Copper Hill No. 1 lode, this survey; . thence N 84 deg. 36 min W 612.7 feet to Cor. No. 1, Copper Cop-per Hill NoN. 1 lode, from which the section corner common com-mon to Sections 16, 17, 20, 21, T 28 S, R 11 W, S.L.B. and M. hears N 53 deg. 37 min. W 755 feet distant; thence S 18 deg. 00 min. W 1500 feet to Cor. No. 4, Copper Cop-per Hill No. 1 lode; thence N 84 deg. 3G min W 1850.6 feet to Cor. No. 3, Silver Standard No. 1 lode, this survey; sur-vey; thence S 16 deg. 11 min. E 645 feet to Cor. No. 4; Silver Sil-ver Standard No. 1 lode; thence S 84 deg. 36 min. E 1498 feet to Cor. No. 1, iSilver Standard No. 1 lode; thence S lfi deg. 11 min. E 855 feet to Cor. No. 1, Silver Hill Lode, place of beginning. Excepting and excluding conflicts con-flicts with Survey No. 5114, Copper Cop-per Iron No. 1 lode and Copper Iron No. 3 lode. Net area applied for, 120.540 acres. Said consolidated lode locations loca-tions are situate in the N. E. quarter of Section 20, N.W. quarter quar-ter and S.W. quarter of Section 21, T 28 S, R 11 W, S.L.B. and M., and are of record in the office of the County Recorder of Beaver Bea-ver County, Utah, and the nearest near-est known locations are the above named conflicting claims. I direct that this notice be published in The Milford News at Milford, Utah, a newspaper published pub-lished near said consolida:ed mining min-ing claim, for a period of nine (9) consecutive weeks.
