Show Mr. and Mrs. Carl Yount and Mr. and Mrs. George Moore enjoyed en-joyed a fishing trip at Lake Mead over the Week-end. Decker left Wednesday on No. 38 for the east, called there by the death of Mr. Decker's mother, who was in her 95th year when she passed away after some six years of hospitalization. hospitali-zation. Bingham, Mrs. Jack Sherwood, Mrs. William Morris and Mrs. Charlotte Smyth. Five Milford high school students stu-dents left last week for Ogden, where they were to take up "courses in aviation mechanics. The boys, according to Principal E. R. Moody, were Jay Browner, Calvin Carter, William Limb, Verl Roberts and Val Thompson. George W. Woodhouse and Mrs. J. L. Griffith of Beaver and E. H. Slaughter of Portland Oregon, were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Osborn Wednesday of last week. Mr. Slaughter is a brother of Mrs. Griffith and Mrs. Osborn. Mrs. Fred Jefferson was hostess to the Saturday Afternoon Bridge club April 18. Those present were Mrs. Sam Cline, Mrs. J. R. Mur-dock Mur-dock jr., Mrs. J. E. Wilson, Mrs. William Cochrane, Mrs. J. M. Williams, Wil-liams, Mrs. Loran Bishop and Mrs. Rudolph Nielsen. The Big Four Bridge club met last Wednesday evening at the home of Mrs. G. C. Cuddy. Those present were Mrs. George Moore, Mrs. Oscar Stephenson, Mrs. J. E. Moore, Mrs. Ronald Banks, Mrs. Harry Garfield, Mrs. Roy Sutton and Mrs. Vern Shingleton. Mrs. Ray Mills entertained her bridge club Wednesday night with Mrs. Ronald Banks winning the high points prize and Mrs. A. A. Mclntyre the high honors prize, while Mrs. Clarence Grimshaw received re-ceived the consolation prize. Others present wens Mrs. Carl Yount, Mrs. Lloyd Lee, Mrs. Dave Erickson and Mrs. Fay Bradfield. Mr. and Mrs. David S. Williams spent Sunday in Las Vegas, Nevada Ne-vada with .their son Bud, who is with a Union Pacific signal gang operating near there. On Monday they vsited in Kanab at the home of their daughter, Mrs. Royal Y. Swapp, who, with her two young sons, Paul and David, accompanied them to Milford for a visit of a couple of weeks. Mrs. J. S. Rickerson entertained her bridge club last Friday night with Mrs. Walter Martin, Mrs. William Morris, Mrs. Des Hickman, Hick-man, Mrs. Freda Outzen, Mrs. Gene Pitchforth, Mrs. Glen Barnes, Mrs. Lula Peterson and Mrs. Dick Jones being present.
