Show Beaver Applies For Big Airport Project Five applications for class three airport construction projects in Utah have been approved and submitted sub-mitted to Washington by J. E. Garn, regional supervisor of the bureau of air commerce. Among the projects is one for Beaver airport, with $17,664 asked for a log hangar, construction of two runways, three and a half miles of fencing and a warming up apron. The airport will be one mile long and three-quarters mile wide. Mt. Pleasant, $25,000; Tor-rey, Tor-rey, $5667; and Camp W. G. Williams Wil-liams at Jordan Narrows, $7942, are among the other projects. |
