Show Sewing Project Getting Underway Mrs. Etelka Robinson of Beaver, Bea-ver, county supervisor of women's projects under the W P A, was in Milford this week and informs The News of a sewing class for adults which has been established under the adult educational program with Mrs. Nita English as director. direc-tor. Classes are being held in the sewing rooms at the Milford high school every afternoon from 2:30 to 5:30 o'clock anil anyone who desires de-sires to learn something about sewing is invited to attend the.-,e classes without charge. It is necessary nec-essary only to bring materials to -ew on and Mrs. English will help in cutting, fitting, finishing or any other phase desired. If the fundamentals of sewing are needed need-ed she will beyin there. The class will he more or less informal as individual help is the aim. If those intere-ted can't come all afternoon or every day, they are invited to como when desired, de-sired, according to Mrs. Robinson. |
