Show Martin Corn of Salt Lake is visiting Milford friend thi3 week. Mr3. J. C. Jeffera and children, Jay and VeTa, spent the week-end in Salt Lake City. Mrs. R. E. Johnson and charming little son Ralph jr. of Tooele, are visiting with Mrs. Johnson's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Hearn. The Daughters of the ytah Pio-. neers wish to thank all who took part in the play "Sky High" and also the business men of Milford for their support. I j Mr. and Mrs. George Fernley I returned Sunday evening from a week-end visit in Salt Lake City, ; bringing home with them a new car purchased through the Martin j garage. Mrs. David S. Williams, accompanied accom-panied by her children, Lois and Bud, motored to Castle Dale Saturday, Satur-day, returning home Sunday, where they visited with Mrs. Williams' sister who is ill. The focal organization of the Parent-Teachers will hold their regular monthly meeting Monday night, October 26, in the high school. Special speakers will be there to discuss the first three constitutional amendments to be voted on in this coming election and all parents are urged to be there. Attention of our readers is directed di-rected to a display ad appearing elsewhere, inviting Beaver county women of all ages and regardless of politics to attend a County day at Milford, Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the L. D. S. Recreation hall. The affair is being sponsored by the Beaver County Republican Ladies club and Mrs. Jesse F. Can-national Can-national committeewoman, will be present. Also there will be an excellent ex-cellent musical program and free refreshments. ... Mrs. Wfilliam Cofhrane entertained enter-tained at a delightful party Friday afternoon for her sister, Mrs. John Watters of Banff, Canada, who is visiting, here. Bridge was played during "the afternoon with , Mrs. Rudolph Nielsen receiving " high points prize, " Mrs. F. W. Gospill, high honors prize and.Mrs. James Glenn consolation prize.
