Show CHRISTIANSCIENCE "Reality" is the subject of the lesson-sermon to be read by the Christian Science Society in Milford Mil-ford on Sunday, March 28. Among the Biblical selections are the following: "I know that, whatsoever God doest, it shall be for ever; nothing can be put to it, nor any things taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him. That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been" (Ecclesiastes 3: 14, 15). Correlative to the verses is the following from "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" Scrip-tures" by Mary Baker Eddy: "Mind is the divine Principle, Lovfl and can produce nothing unlike the eternal Father-Mother, God. Reality Real-ity is spiritual, harmonious, immutable, im-mutable, immortal, divine, eternal. Nothing unspiritual can be real, harmonious, or eternal (p. 335). Whatever contradicts the real nature na-ture of the divine Esse, though human faith may clothe it with angelic vestments, is without foundation" (p. 93). |
