Show MINERSVILLE Miss Thelma Hall spent the weekend week-end at Cedar City with her sister, Mrs. Angus White. Mr. and Mrs. Blackner and daughter daugh-ter Iris of Beaver visited friends here Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Hall have returned re-turned home after spending the past six weeks at Huntington Park, California. Cali-fornia. John Eyre is visiting at Parowan with relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. H. M. McQuarrie and son Gerald of Huntington Park, California, Cali-fornia, are here with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Murdock had as week-end guests Mrs. Ross Smith: and son Hal of Beaver. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hall of Bea- ver spent Sunday here. Mrs. Frank Rollins is at Beaver I for a week as a guest of her son! Mark. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Griffith and son of Beaver were Sunday guests at the Cyrus Bradfield home. Mrs. Sidney Carter has returned home after spending a week at Salina with her daughter, Mrs. Le-land Le-land Dalley. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Ward are visiting in Garfield county with relatives. rela-tives. Mrs. Hunter Gibson and daughter Eileen of Enoch are guests at the E. A. Goodwin home. Heber Williams of Salina spent Sunday here with his brother Frank. Mr. and Mrs. Evan Seegmiller of Richfield are guests at the home of Mrs. Seegmillelr's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Gray. Mr. and Mrs. Alton Atkin of Beaver Bea-ver were in town with relatives Friday Fri-day night. Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Hutchings were the honored guests Friday night at a wedding reception. A program pro-gram and dancing were the main diversions di-versions of the evening after which a dainty lunch was served to two hundred guests. Many lovely and useful gifts were received. The Beaver Seminary under the direction di-rection of Wendell Rigby will present pre-sent a program at Sacrament meeting meet-ing here March 11. Mrs. Amy Baker and Mrs. Clinton Thompson entertained at a party Thursday night in honor of their lather, Hyruml Walker, it being his birthday anniversary. Music and games were the main features after which refreshments were served to thirty friends and rlatives. |
