The tangled affair of the operation opera-tion of the Beaver fish hatchery promised to reach a satisfactory stage after the arrival in Beaver last week of Newel B. Cook, state fish and game commissioner, who spent Tuesday Tues-day and Wednesday in going over the conditions at that place, according to last weeks Beaver Press.
