Show BEAVER j Mrs. Bill Heslington of South Mil-j ford is the guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hutchings. Mr. and Mrs. George Valentine have returned from Milford after a short visit with relatives. Mrs. Ernest Joseph spent several days at Salt Lake City last week, going there to attend th M. I. A conference. con-ference. Mrs. Erma Walker and daughter Iretta of Milford were the guests of their brother and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schwob, Wednesday. Mrs. Thura Besson spent the week end in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Alton Swindlehurst, local newlyweds, have returned from St. George and the southern Utah parks. Mrs. O. A. Hardy and daughter Olive of Minersville spent Monday at Beaver. Mrs. Press Whornham entertained in honor of her little daughter El-lenor El-lenor Jean, Saturday. Children's games were played on the lawn from 2 to 3:30 o'clock, after which lunch was served to thirty little friends. The remainder of the afternoon was devoted to more games. r Mrs. Myrtle Burt and children, Ruth and Ward, have returned from Parowan where they have spent two weeks with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Emlo Nowers spent Sunday at Milford. Melvin Messenger of Idaho is here visiting with his brothers, Clyde and Ray Messenger, and other relatives. It is Mr. Messengers' first visit home since leaving here thirty years ago. Mrs. Vanes? Bake is spending six weeks in attendance at the University Univers-ity of Utah summer school. |
